Mr. Ping Tsang

Senior Director, Consulting Services

Mr. Ping Tsang is a Senior Director of Consulting Services for META Solutions.  He is responsible for managing validation projects, for performing validation activities and developing validation-related SOPs.  He also performs requirements analyses, and development and documentation activities. Mr. Tsang has developed user documentation, design documentation, test scripts, validation plans/reports for various R&D systems including laboratory information management, adverse event reporting, clinical data management, and statistical analysis/reporting systems.  Mr. Tsang has also performed requirements analyses, risk assessments, and audits of information management systems and regulated activities.

Before joining META Solutions, Mr. Tsang was a Pharmaceutical Industry Consultant for IBM Corporation, where he played an integral part in helping IBM establish a presence in the pharmaceutical R&D industry.  As a Pharmaceutical Industry Consultant for IBM, Mr. Tsang was responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing computer systems solutions in the pre-clinical, clinical, warehouse, and distribution areas. He was also responsible for implementing document-publishing systems at pharmaceutical companies that are being used for NDA preparation.

Mr. Tsang has a Bachelor's degree from Pratt Institute. His professional affiliation includes the Drug Information Association (DIA).
